Thanks to the West Lake Association, our residents enjoy the benefits of well maintained roads, insurance protections, quality of life monitoring and insuring continued access to the Peconic Bay by boat through a continuous effort of channel maintenance. 

 

We are NOT a conventional HOA or POA. We do not have any rules about "Your Home's Appearance", 
"How you keep your property", "Color of your Front Door", etc........ we leave that up to you.
We prefer a "JUDGEMENT FREE COMMUNITY" when it comes to those concerns.  Our HOA is focused on "ROADWAY and LAKE MAINTENANCE". We assess dues for THIS PURPOSE ONLY...... to fill a gap where our Township Roadway Services end.
